After successfully completing the test week, you gain full access to all the necessary materials and tools. We’ll walk you through the course structure, the main stages, and requirements in detail. From this point on, you’ll be working purposefully on developing your skills to reach a new level in your career.
At this stage, you’ll start working with your personal mentor—an experienced professional who will guide you and answer your questions. In parallel, a career consultant will help optimize your resume, improve your interview skills, and identify the most promising career paths. You’ll receive personalized feedback based on real market demands. This approach significantly increases your chances of quickly finding an exciting project.
Once you’ve developed a sufficient skill set, we begin actively searching for suitable positions. We will send your resume to our partner companies and recommend you as a promising specialist. Our industry connections will help you get in touch with employers faster. As a result, you’ll have more opportunities to choose a project that aligns with your goals and interests.
After successful interviews and meeting potential employers, you’ll receive your first job offer. This is a confirmation of your efforts, knowledge, and competencies that we helped you develop. A job offer is not just a work proposal—it’s an important step toward a stable and fulfilling career path. We’ll be there to help you make the right choice and prepare for this new stage.
Once you start working on a real project, we won’t leave you to face all the challenges on your own. Our team will continue to provide support, offer guidance on complex issues, and help you adapt to the company culture.
